Shipping Policy
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We ship all orders through DHL Next Day Delivery.
1 working day for parcel delivery with online tracking.
DHL will keep you up to date via email.
We ship within the United Kingdom.
Orders placed before midday on Monday to Friday will be processed & shipped on the same working day. You will receive your parcel the following working day (excluding holidays). For Highlands and Islands this could be an extra day.
Orders placed on a Friday (after midday), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Deliveries are made by DHL Monday to Friday. Occasionally on Saturday. However, there are no guarantees for Saturday delivery!

Express Shipping will be prioritised throughout this period.
*Please note that in the event of DHL strikes/Non-working times and adverse weather conditions, we cannot guarantee delivery times and we cannot refund any orders that have already been despatched/ordered, until they arrive with you. In the event of a lost/wrongfully delivered parcel, we will only be able to resend the order once the investigation is completed by DHL and our side (5-10 Working Days)
If delivery instructions have been changed by the customer from “delivery to door step only” to “delivery to safe place” or “delivery to neighbours,”
London Perfume Factory no longer takes responsibility for lost or damaged parcels and will not provide any way of compensation.
Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
If an order qualifies for free delivery based on the order value and the parcel is subsequently returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel from the courier or designated collection point, we reserve the right to deduct the original delivery cost (£3.99) and any return shipping charges (£3.99) from the total refund.
Although delivery may have been offered as free at the point of purchase, the actual shipping costs paid by London Perfume Factory will be deducted where the delivery failure was not caused by us or the courier.
Refunds will be processed once the parcel has been received back at our warehouse and inspected. Any applicable deductions will reflect the actual shipping costs incurred.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If a parcel is returned due to an error on our part, or if the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, no delivery charges will be deducted.
If the customer wishes for the order to be re-sent after it has been returned to us, an additional delivery charge of £3.99 will apply.
